Judge Jeffrey Herbst handles drug, firearm, traffic, other cases in Monroeville

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.
Waived for court
• Michael G. Robinson, 55, of Monroeville with possession of a firearm that is prohibited, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of drugs with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed July 8.
• Shawde Jenkins, 46, of Monroeville faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without the required proof of financial responsibility, four counts of possession of drugs with intent to deliver and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was charged Aug. 19, 23 and 24.
• Brandon Ronald Gabriel, 44, of Lower Burrell with possession of a controlled substance. The charge was filed July 8.
• Lenny Martin Dunnivan, 28, of Plum with resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and being an intoxicated pedestrian causing a hazard. Charges were filed Dec. 14.
• William Churma, 61, of Apollo with failure to obey traffic-control devices, speeding, careless driving, and two DUIs. Charges were filed June 8 by Pennsylvania State Police.
Held for court
• Danielle Brown, 30, of Pitcairn with aggravate assault, disorderly conduct, loitering and prowling at night time, and public drunkenness. Charges were filed April 7 by Pitcairn police.
