Monroeville police file theft, indecent exposure charges

Police filed the following charges Nov. 18-26 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

• Nicholas Norris, 22, of Pitcairn with retail theft. The charge was filed Nov. 26 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Rachelle L. Harris, 38, of Pittsburgh with prohibited acts, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and indecent exposure. Charges were filed Nov. 25 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• James Harrison, 42, of Pitcairn with public drunkenness and prohibited acts. Charges were filed Nov. 25 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Merchant Alley.

• Stephanie A. Short, 37, of Pitcairn with a DUI. The charge was filed Nov. 25 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident on the intersection of Seventh and Taylor streets.

• Christine Hyatt, 34, of Pitcairn with retail theft and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Nov. 25 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Shawna M. Lynch, 21, of Wilmerding with retail theft and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Nov. 25 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Tyler D. Pozzuto, 21, of White Oak with theft by deception and retail theft. Charges were filed Nov. 25 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• Devaron L. Hunter, 51, of Wilkinsburg with retail theft. The charge was filed Nov. 22 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.

• Melissa K. Nesbit, 28, of Plum with contraband, retail theft, obstruction, resisting arrest, escape and prohibited acts. Charges were filed Nov. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.

• Patrick Wallace, 23, of Monroeville with unsworn falsification to authorities and illegal transfer of firearms. Charges were filed Nov. 21 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Kara L. Estochin, 45, of McKeesport with two DUIs, having an open alcoholic container in vehicle, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended or revoked license and littering. Charges were filed Nov. 21 in connection with an incident along Route 286 in Monroeville.

• Sherice Moultrie, 36, of Penn Hills with theft by unlawful taking on Nov. 21 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.

• Joey Eicher, 24, of Pitcairn with a DUI and causing damage to an attended vehicle. Charges were filed Nov. 21 in connection to an incident at the intersection of Cambridge Square Drive and Tilbrook Road.

• Larry Roberts, 47, of Scottsdale with causing damage to an attended vehicle on Nov. 21 in connection to an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.

• Bethany Gilchrist, 36, of Monroeville with possession of heroin, prohibited acts and failing to use traffic signals. Charges were filed Nov. 21 in connection to an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.
