The following charges were filed March 10-16, 2021, with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. All charges were filed by Monroe­ville police unless otherwise noted:

• Arlene R. Zuhosky, 53, of Trafford with driving on roadways laned for traffic and a DUI. Charges were filed March 10 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Saunders Station Road and Urick Lane.

• Fremont John Mathias, 40, of Monroeville with retail theft. The charge was filed March 10 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Paul Harrison, 40, of Monroeville with careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed March 11 in connection with an incident at James Street Tavern.

• Vladimir Mishkov, 63, of Monroeville with making terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed March 11 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Logans Ferry Road.

• Melinda Noel Radvak, 42, of Monroeville with retail theft. The charge was filed March 11 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Joseph Patrick Lunney, 20, of Monroeville with theft by deception. The charge was filed March 11 in connection with an incident along the 4400 block of Ruth Drive.

• Miquel Moises, 19, of Pittsburgh with driving without a license, making false identification to law enforcement and resisting arrest. Charges were filed March 14 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of William Penn Highway.

• Sean Eric Love, 45, of Pittsburgh with delivery of drugs, possession of drugs, prohibited acts and possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on March 16 in connection with an incident in the parking lot of 200 Mall Circle Drive.
