Police log: Theft, careless driving among charges filed in Monroeville for Feb. 18-23, 2021

The following charges were filed Feb. 18-23 with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. All charges were filed by Monroeville police, unless otherwise noted:

• Robert Michael Hanna, 26, of Monroeville with careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and three DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 23 in connection with an incident along I-376 at the Murrysville exit.

• Corey Allan Ziegler, 33, of McKees Rocks with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 23 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Terance Rodgers, 36, of McKeesport with retail theft. The charge was filed Feb. 23 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Cynthia Kay Green, 61, of East McKeesport with careless driving, failing to immediately notify police of a crash and a DUI. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police on Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Jason John Strader, 36, of South Heights with failing to immediately notify police of a crash, failure to stop and render aid, careless driving, driving under a revoked or suspended license, operating a vehicle without proof of financial responsibility, speeding, following too closely, reckless driving, causing an accident involving damage to an attended vechicle and a DUI. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along William Penn Highway.

• David L. Batzel, 61, of Pitcairn with driving under a revoked or suspended license. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police on Feb. 19 in connection with an incident at the intersection of 13th Street and Highland Avenue.

• Eddie Lucel Wynn, 25, of Pittsburgh with theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Feb. 18 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Melissa Sue Nagle, 37, of Murrysville with simple assault and disorderly conduct. The charges were filed Feb. 18 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Haymaker Road.

• Kasi Bethany Kovach, 31, of Monroeville with endangering the welfare of children. The charge was filed Feb. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Jeffrey Wayne Brooks, 42, of New Kensington with retail theft. The charge was filed Feb. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of William Penn Highway.
