Prostitution, drugs, theft among charges filed by Monroeville police March 3-10, 2021

The following charges were filed March 3-10, 2021, with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. All charges were filed by Monroe­ville police:

• Christopher Eric Morgan, 46, of Trafford with careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed March 10 in connection with an incident along the 2100 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Anthony Smith, 71, of Pittsburgh with receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed March 9 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Mark Washington, 27, of North Versailles with careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed March 9 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Monroeville Boulevard and Stroschein Road.

• James Graf, 30, of Pittsburgh with possession of heroin. The charge was filed March 4 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Old William Penn Highway.

• Brandon M. Horvatic, 20, of Pittsburgh with theft by deception, fraudulent use of an access device, unlawful use of a computer and retail theft. Charges were filed March 4 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Anna Mishkov, 26, of Monroeville with causing an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle and operating a vehicle without the required financial responsibility. Charges were filed March 4 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Logans Ferry Road and Pinevue Drive.

• Jordan Damone Gambill, 25, of Pittsburgh with receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of an access device and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed March 4 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of Northern Pike.

• Kevin Oswald Fowler, 26, of Pitcairn with fraudulent use of an access device, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed March 4 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of Northern Pike.

• Leonard Carl Smith, 41, of Pittsburgh with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed March 4 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.

• Tezhon Delvon Thompson, 23, of Monroeville with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed March 3 in connection with an incident in the Monroeville Mall parking lot.

• Albert Wilkerson, 67, of Pittsburgh with simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed March 3 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Christopher Vogel, 35, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. The charge was filed March 3 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• Brontay Matlock, 29, of Springfield, Pa., with prostitution. The charge was filed March 3 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Mall Boulevard.
