Theft, forgery among charges handled May 3, 2021, in Monroeville district court
Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst handled these cases May 3. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Held for court
• Nathaniel Aaron L. Green, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Sept. 5.
• Matthew David Piccolino, 35, of Plum on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under a suspended or revoked license. Charges were filed Nov. 6.
• Colen Matthew Lewis, 24, of Greensburg on charges of disregarding a traffic lane, driving too slow for conditions, careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on July 19.
• Madge Marie Lomax, 41, of Penn Hills on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of drugs. Charges were filed Sept. 1.
• Robert Louis Ware III, 31, on charges of forgery, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and tampering with records. Charges were filed April 8. Police did not list a residence for Ware.
Waived for court
• Kimberly J. Krimm, 57, of Pittsburgh on charges of failure to keep right, careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed Oct. 31.
• Tina Marie Soltow, 50, of Turtle Creek on retail theft. The charge was filed Oct. 17.
• Paul Adam Blazek, 60, of North Versailles on charges of disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving, failing to stop to render aid, failing to notify police of an accident and a DUI. Charges were filed Oct. 11.
