Monroeville police filed the following charges Aug. 16-28 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:
• Jacquelyn M. Vitari, 36, of Plum with retail theft and possession of Adderall .Charges were filed Aug. 16 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
• Sabrina L. Eisenberg, 46, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Aug. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.
• Erin M. Dragone, 43, of McKeesport with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Aug. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.
• Robert Twigg, 39, of Pittsburgh with retail theft, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 23 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.
• Anthony F. Nelson, 65, of Pitcairn with defiant trespassing. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police Aug. 24 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Third Street in Pitcairn.
• Joseph H. Donachy, 38, of Pittsburgh with receiving stolen property. The charge was filed Aug. 28 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Donald D. Brown, 30, of Penn Hills with unsworn falsification to authorities and the illegal sale or transfer of a firearm. Charges were filed Aug. 28 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Julius L. Carrington, 43, of Pitcairn with disorderly conduct, two counts of possession of crack cocaine, public drunkenness, possession of an instrument of crime, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of a firearm without a license with intent to sell or transfer. Charges were filed Aug. 28 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard in Pitcairn.
