Monroeville police filed the following charges Dec. 13 and 18-23 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office. Charges were filed by Monroeville police, unless otherwise noted, and each person will face Herbst for preliminary hearings at later dates:
• Laura Pastor, 46, of Pitcairn with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, resisting arrest and harassment. Charges were filed Dec. 13 by Pitcairn police in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Hillside Avenue.
• Alexis Brown, 20, of Duquesne with criminal conspiracy, false identification to law enforcement and retail theft. Charges were filed Dec. 20 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Bryah Yancy, 18, of North Braddock with retail theft. The charge was filed Dec. 18 in connection to an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Dallas Savanna, 19, of Braddock with retail theft. The charge was filed Dec. 20 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
• Mark Sivak, 59, of Pitcairn with writing bad checks. The charge was filed Dec. 20.
• Robert E. Judge, 48, of Jeanette with theft of leased property. The charge was filed Dec. 20 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.
• Ronette R. Dixon, 47, of Pittsburgh with two counts of retail theft and one count of making terroristic threats. The charges were filed Dec. 20 in connection to an incident along the 200 block of Mall Plaza Boulevard.
• Gregory Marshall, 33, of Plum with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Dec. 21.
• Kathryn Walker, 24, of Florida with receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, 12 counts of using an access device to obtain property or services knowing the device is fraudulent and 12 counts of unlawful use of a computer. Charges were filed Dec. 21.
• Nicole R. Snee, 41, of Pittsburgh with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Dec. 22.
• Sammy Hourani, 33, of North Braddock with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Dec. 22.
• Shakera M. Sanders, 27, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and resisting arrest. Charges were filed Dec. 23.
• Cierra S. Grimes, 31, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. The charge was filed Dec. 23.
