• Lisa M. Culp, 47, of Saltsburg, with drug possession (two counts) and drug paraphernalia following an April 13 crash on Route 286.
• Bernard J. Stuczynski, 80, of Grindstone, with simple assault and harassment following an incident on Valley Stream Drive.
