Franklin Regional cheerleaders headed to state championships this weekend
Franklin Regional High School cheerleaders compete in the 7th annual WPIAL Competitive Spirit Championships at Hempfield Area High School on Jan. 5, 2019. The squad placed second in the medium varsity division and qualified to compete in the PIAA Competitive Spirit Championship, which took place after the deadline for this issue.
The Franklin Regional Senior High School cheerleading squad will head to Hershey this weekend to compete in the PIAA Competitive Spirit Championships.
The team finished second out of 13 teams in the medium varsity division at the seventh annual WPIAL Competitive Spirit Championships, held the weekend of Jan. 5 at Hempfield Area High School.
