2-year term only contested seat on West View council

The races for West View council’s four year seats are uncontested, with Scott V. Miller, Donald E. Mikec and M. Kimberley Steele running for three open seats.

The two-year term race has Democrat Eugene Borio and Constitution Party member Jim Barr running for one spot.

Borio did not return requests for comment for this article.

In your opinion, what is the most important issue currently facing West View residents? General Obligation Bonds Series of 2007 for $7,695,000. (This is) the bond debt that West View borrowed in 2007 and won’t be paid back until August of 2036.
