The event is free and open to the public.
Haller has been a docent and ambassador at the Heinz History Center for more than a decade. In addition to his knowledge of the area’s rich radio tradition, he also is a lifelong historian of baseball (keep a lookout for this in August, when he will offer a presentation on the sport at the Heritage Center).
The Heritage Center is located on Aufman Lane (off Grubbs Road between Town Hall and the Ambulance Authority building). For more information, visit townofmccandless.org.
No Excuse concert
Marshall Township is hosting a free concert in Knob Hill Community Park on July 16 featuring the band No Excuse. The show will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. in the Elias Fry Barn.
