Man fatally shot in Penn Hills, 2nd shooting victim stable

A man is dead and another hospitalized as a result of a shooting Thursday in Penn Hills.

Allegheny County Police said they were called shortly after 4 p.m to the 100 block of Topaz Drive.

First responders found a man deceased at the scene. A second shooting victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line 833-ALL-TIPS (833-255-8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
