Penn Hills Parks and Recreation will sponsor outdoor movie nights in three of its parks starting in June.

All the movies will begin at dusk, and admission is free. Parks director John Scaglione said Rolling Hills Church will provide complimentary pre-packaged snacks and drinks.

Scaglione said crowds are typically between 75 and 150 people. The movies will be projected onto an inflateable screen, and the department will use an outdoor PA system for sound.

The schedule is below:

• June 4: Croods 2, PG, Penn Hills Community Park, 120 Colorado St.

• July 9: Tom & Jerry, PG, Universal Park, 1 Memorial Park Lane

• Aug. 13: Godzilla vs. King Kong, PG-13, Turner-Friendship Park, 1340 Hunter Road

• Sept. 10: Spongebob: Sponge on the Run, PG, Turner-Friendship Park, 1340 Hunter Road
