A crowd gathered Thursday evening outside of the City-County Building in Downtown Pittsburgh to light the Menorah in a celebration of the fifth night of Hanukkah.

Mayor Bill Peduto helped light the Menorah with Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld and Rabbi Yisroel Altein of Chabad Lubavitch of Pittsburgh.

“May we continue to be a beacon of light to the entire world,” said Rabbi Yisroel Rosenfeld after lighting the Menorah.

Once the five candles were lit those in attendance enjoyed music, dancing and refreshments.
