Pittsburgh man to appear on ‘Jeopardy!’ Tuesday night

Pittsburgh software developer John Shortino will appear on Tuesday night’s episode of the game show “Jeopardy!”, the show announced Friday.
Shortino celebrated the news on Twitter.

In addition to computer coding, Shortino is a writer and a tabletop gamer, according to his Twitter bio.
Now in its 55th year on television, and 35th with Alex Trebek as host, “Jeopardy!” boasts about 23 million viewers a week.
The episode featuring Shortino airs 7 p.m. Tuesday on WPXI-TV.
