Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is looking for the public’s help in solving an open homicide case.

Police are looking for information on a Nov. 6 shooting that left 21-year-old Calvin Anderson dead.

Police initially responded to a call of shots fired in the 6800 block of Alcoma Drive in Penn Hills. Police discovered a silver Ford Fusion parked in front of 6827 Alcoma Drive. Anderson was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat and pronounced dead at the scene.

Allegheny County Police Department Homicide Unit was contacted to assist with the investigation. The investigation revealed that Anderson was seated in the driver’s seat of the Ford Fusion when an unknown person shot him through the driver’s side window of the car.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers at 412-255-8477. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of individuals wanted for the crime. Callers may remain anonymous.
