Motorists using the Squirrel Hill Tunnel overnight on Thursday should expect traffic slowdowns.
Single-lane restrictions will take place from 9:30 p.m. Thursday until 5:30 a.m. Friday in both directions of the tunnel.
Crews will conduct cross passage maintenance work, according to a PennDOT statement.
Motorists are being asked to use caution when driving through the area.
