Update: Toni Baker and her son have been found safe, according to Pittsburgh Police.

Pittsburgh police are looking for a woman and child they considering endangered and vulnerable.

Toni Baker, 41, and her son, 12-year-old Najeh Taylor, were reported missing from Wind Gap Avenue in the West End.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pittsburgh police 412-323-7800.
