Pittsburgh police are asking the public’s help identifying three suspects who may be involved in a series of home burglaries and vehicle break-ins in Brookline last month.

At 4:30 a.m. May 27, police report an area of the neighborhood was targeted with several thefts from several residences and vehicles.

Three suspects were carrying flashlights and walking the streets while checking car door handles, said public safety spokesman Maurice Matthews.

Detectives reported that the trio attempted to enter at least one home with force, according to Matthews. A residential surveillance system in the area took photographs of the suspects.

Anyone recognizing the suspects is asked to contact Zone 6 police detectives at 412-937-3095.
