University of Pittsburgh student reports assault

University of Pittsburgh police are investigating the assault of a student early Saturday.

The incident took place at about 1:30 a.m. along the 200 block of Atwood Street.

Police said the victim reported he was assaulted by an unknown man.

It was unclear how badly the victim was hurt. No suspect description was released.
