Assault, harassment among cases before Judge Zucco

Plum District Court Judge Linda Zucco handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Waived for court

• Kristy L. Walsh, 33, of Oakdale on charges of aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault. Charges were filed by Oakmont police July 25.

• Andrew K. Wolniak, 31, of Oakmont on two counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and fraudulently using an access device to obtain property or service. Charges were filed by the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office Aug. 14.

Held for court

Kimberly D.Lemasters, 48, of Verona on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed July 6.
