District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Waived preliminary hearings
- Bonnie Dosch, 56, of Apollo on charges of receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of controlled substances. Oakmont police filed the charges Sept. 28.
- Erika Johnson, 58, of Penn Hills on charges of making materially false oral statements and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Feb. 28.
- Dean Petrelli, 49, of Penn Hills on charges of making materially false oral statements and unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed March 5.
- Nicole Snyder, 33, of Oakmont on charges of driving under the influence, vehicle turning left and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges March 18.
