DUI, drug cases among those handled by Judge Zucco in Plum on May 12 and 19, 2021

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.
Held for
• Robert Cedolia, 70, of Pittsburgh on charges of aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and two counts of indecent assault on a person less than 13 years old. Allegheny County police filed the charges April 28.
• Sara Dawson, 20, of Natrona Heights on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving at unsafe speed and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 15.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Brittany Manuel, 34, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence and two counts of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and careless driving. Charges were filed Nov. 24.
• John Vorous, 58, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property. Charges were filed Jan. 29.
• Jason Strader, 37, of South Heights on charges of possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibilities, failure to keep right, careless driving, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Feb. 1.
