DUI, drug cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum – Aug. 7, 2020

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Patrick McAndrew, 23, of Oakmont on charges of simple assault, harassment and receiving stolen property. Oakmont police filed the charges Feb. 14.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Matthew Plance, 29, of Plum on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed April 25.

Plance went before the judge on another case. He waived a preliminary hearing on charges of harassment, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Those charges were filed July 12.

• Samuel Kastelic, 22, of Verona on charges of harassment, two counts of defiant trespass, two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of stalking. Charges were filed June 18.

• Kaleigh Ray, 22, of Plum on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 30.

Ray went before the judge on another case. She waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed April 15.

• Keith Bonetto, 37, of New Kensington on charges of driving under the influence and improper stop. Charges were filed June 1.

• Teresa Kauric, 30, of Monroeville on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving under the influence. Charges were filed April 21.
