District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Jason Pickford, 32, of Pittsburgh on charges of improper pass, reckless driving, exceeding maximum speed limits, duties at stop signs, driving with a suspended license, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, resisting arrest, obstructing administers of the law, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed July 25.

• Samuel Moorehead, 44, of Plum on charges of driving under the influence and failure to stop at red signal. Oakmont police filed the charges April 16.

• James McKee, 27, of Plum on charges of intimidation of witness, terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed July 17.

McKee went before the judge on another case. He waived a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal use of a communication facility, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, two counts of possession of controlled substances and three counts of conspiracy. Charges were filed July 8.

• Patricia Paul, 47, of Creighton on charges of theft by unlawful taking and access device used to obtain property/service. Charges were filed May 31.
