DUI, trespassing cases among those recently handled by Judge Zucco in Plum

District Judge Linda Zucco recently handled the following cases. Charges were filed by Plum police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

  • Carolyn Kociban, 62, of Penn Hills on charges of accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property, damage to attended vehicle/property and driving under the influence. Oakmont police filed the charges Feb. 1.
  • Melissa Nesbit, 28, of Penn Hills on charges of defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. Oakmont police filed the charges Dec. 15.
