Allegheny Health Network’s mobile covid-19 testing unit will be visiting several Pittsburgh sites this week.

Covid-19 testing will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Shop N’ Save plaza in the Hill District (1850 Centre Avenue) on Monday, July 20
  • City Hall Building in Clairton (551 Ravensburg Boulevard) on Tuesday, July 21
  • Hazelwood Family Health Center in Hazelwood (4915 Second Avenue) on Wednesday, July 22
  • Alma Illery Medical Center in Homewood (7227 Hamilton Avenue) on Thursday, July 23
  • Duquesne Elementary School in Duquesne (300 Kennedy Avenue) on Friday, July 24

Due to increased demand, patients must be experiencing covid-19 symptoms to be tested at these sites, AHN officials said. Symptoms may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting, gastrointestinal issues, or loss of smell or taste.

Patients do not need a doctor’s order. AHN officials strongly encourage patients to make an appointment by calling 412-687-7348.

Test results are typically available within three to five days. Patients should stay at home while awaiting test results, AHN officials said.

In addition to the mobile clinic, AHN will continue offering covid-19 tests for patients with a doctor’s order and an appointment at AHN Wexford Health + Wellness Pavilion; AHN Bethel Park Health + Wellness Pavilion; 4220 William Penn Highway in Monroeville; AHN West Side Health + Wellness Pavilion; the former Divine Providence/Kindred Hospital at 1004 Arch Street in Pittsburgh; Heights Plaza Shopping Center in Natrona Heights; and AHN Braddock Urgent Care Center.
