Snyder is accused of stabbing a 39-year-old man multiple times in the torso and leg areas, the release said.

The incident, described by police as a domestic situation, took place at a residence near the intersection of Freeport Road and Center Ave., according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI.

In addition, Snyder threatened to kill responding police officers on scene and barricaded himself inside the home, the release said.
