The Washington County Coroner’s Office identified the driver killed Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Canonsburg as Joyce Gray, 58, of Washington, Pa.

Coroner Tim Warco said first responders transported Gray to Canonsburg Hospital after the crash at 1:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of First Street, near the intersection of Hooks Lane.

Gray was pronounced dead at the hospital at 2:16 p.m.

Gray was driving and the only person inside of her car at the time of the accident, Warco said. It is unclear if a seatbelt was in use.

It also is unclear if anybody was inside the second vehicle at the time of the crash.

Canonsburg police are investigating the incident.
