Dispatch: 1 airlifted to hospital after falling from Buttermilk Falls

One person was flown to the hospital by medical helicopter after they fell 35 feet at a Beaver County park, according to a 911 dispatcher.

The call came in around 8 p.m. from Buttermilk Falls Park in Homewood Borough. The person’s condition was not immediately known.

WPXI-TV reported the victim was a 17-year-old girl. She was last known to be in stable condition, the station reported.

Crews cleared the scene shortly before 9 p.m., the dispatcher said.

The call came three days after a girl was rescued after falling over a cliff at Buttermilk Falls. Emergency responders were able to rescue the girl, but her condition is unknown.
