A Washington County concert venue known as much for its traffic snarls as well as its music acts will take on another new name as it enters its 30th year.

S&T Bank announced Saturday that it is the new name sponsor for the Live Nation outdoor amphitheater near Burgettstown, formerly known as KeyBank Pavilion.

The venue’s new name is “S&T Bank Music Park.”

The amphitheater first opened as Coca-Cola Star Lake Amphitheater in June 1990 with two shows by Billy Joel.

The “Star Lake” name has stuck with the venue despite several other name changes over the years as naming rights were bought and sold, which included Post-Gazette Pavilion, First Niagara Pavilion and KeyBank Pavilion.

The facility is located 25 miles west of Pittsburgh. It has a seating capacity of 23,000, including about 16,000 lawn seats.

Scheduled shows this summer at the park include Ozzy Osborne with Marilyn Manson on June 6; Maroon 5 with Meghan Trainor on June 19; Journey with The Pretenders on July 11; Chicago with Rick Springfield on July 25; The Black Crowes on Aug. 1; The Doobie Brothers on Aug. 6; and KISS on Aug. 28.
