Wiz Khalifa’s property in Washington County is officially on the market.
Dustin Hook, realtor with RE/MAX, who sold the property to the rapper 12 years ago, is now selling it once again.
The property at 30 Virginia Lane in Cecil Township went on the market Thursday for $1.295 million.
A total of 4,400 square feet, the home has five beds and three-and-a-half baths, and the lot is 2.8 acres located in the Canon-McMillan School District.

According to the listing, the property was built in 2008, and it has two parking spaces. The estimated monthly mortgage is $7,700, the listing says, and the annual tax amount is $13,499.
Hook said there will be one main open house for the property this Saturday from noon to 2 p.m.
“If we’re not sold in the next week or two, I’ll probably book another one,” he said.
