Kindergarten students from The Goddard School of Cranberry Township learned where milk comes from as they explored Brunton Dairy in Independence Township this week.
The children took a tour of the milking barn and milk house, greeted calves and were treated to Brunton’s regular and chocolate milks.
The class was selected from more than 250 schools by American Dairy Association North East for the on-the-farm tour after participating in a live virtual farm tour in March.
