Sewickley Sundae 5K

The third annual Sewickley Sundae 5K is set for 10 a.m. July 23. Hosted by the Sewickley Chamber of Commerce, cost for the 5K is $35 and cost for the 1-mile fun walk/run is $25. For more information, visit sewickleychamberofcommerce.org.

Senior men’s club

An affiliate of the Sewickley Valley YMCA, the Senior Men’s Club will host the annual SMC Picnic on July 14 at Moon Park. For more information, visit smensclub.org or Facebook.com/smensclub.

Meetings scheduled

• Sewickley Heights council will meet at 4:30 p.m. July 17 at the borough building, 238 Country Club Road.

• The Sewickley zoning hearing board meeting that was originally set for July 5 has been rescheduled to 7 p.m. July 18 at the municipal building, 601 Thorn St.

• Glen Osborne council will meet at 7 p.m. July 18 at Osborne Elementary School, 1414 Beaver St.

• Edgeworth council will meet at 7 p.m. July 18 at the borough building, 301 Beaver Road.

• Leetsdale council will meet 7 p.m. July 13 at the borough building, 373 Beaver St.

Night Marts planned

Sewickley Chamber of Commerce will host Night Mart from 6 to 9 p.m. July along Beaver Street between Broad and Walnut streets. The event will feature about 30 artisan vendors, 13 food trucks and tents, live entertainment and a local craft brew pop-up. Vendors include From the Grounds Up Coffee, Slurp-N-Burst Boba Tea, Uni Ramen Bar, Veggies N’At, Baxter and the Bear, Clementina, and Found Woodworks. The final Night Mart for the summer is Aug. 25.
