Knitting Guild
Three Rivers Knitting Guild meets on the second Monday of every month at the Leetsdale Community Room in the Borough Building, 139 Broad Street. The meeting starts at 6:15 p.m. Attendees enjoy workshops, classes, show and tell, and just getting together with other knitters. Business Connection
The Greater Pittsburgh Business Connection, a referral group of business professionals, will meet July 26 at Eat’n Park on Route 60 in Robinson for breakfast from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. Speakers will be David Dauer of Dauer Power and Jim Kernick of Kernick Tire Center and Auto Service. Sewickley Sundae 5K
The third annual Sewickley Sundae 5K is set for 10 a.m. Saturday. Hosted by the Sewickley Chamber of Commerce, cost for the 5K is $35 and cost for the 1-mile fun walk/run is $25. For more information, visit sewickleychamberofcommerce.org.
Night Marts planned
Sewickley Chamber of Commerce will host Night Mart from 6 to 9 p.m. July 28 along Beaver Street between Broad and Walnut streets. The event will feature about 30 artisan vendors, 13 food trucks and tents, live entertainment and a local craft brew pop-up. Vendors include From the Grounds Up Coffee, Slurp-N-Burst Boba Tea, Uni Ramen Bar, Veggies N’At, Baxter and the Bear, Clementina, and Found Woodworks. The final Night Mart for the summer is Aug. 25.
