While I am not convinced that the location of the proposed new school is good, I do know the building of the school will subject those of us who live nearby with much noise, dirt and congestion. Encompass Health just finished some construction. Camp Meeting Road was full of trucks and dirt. The new school project would be a much larger project involving more disruption to our neighborhood.
A new road to the school should be built first. It would be safer and less wear and tear on the people living here. It would add insult to injury to have to pay for the school and live with so much annoyance. Even with a new road to the school, we’d still have to live with the noise and dirt for a long period of time. The most reasonable solution would be to build on the land where the school is now.
