Quaker Valley High School graduation plans have been announced.
The commencement ceremony is scheduled for 7 p.m. June 1 at Chuck Knox Stadium.
District officials said all seniors participating in commencement are required to attend a mandatory practice that morning at 8:45. Students must check into the school auditorium.
Student check-in for the evening ceremony starts at 6 p.m.
They must be dropped off by a parent or guardian and may not drive and park separately. The stadium will open a 5:45 p.m.
All guests must be seated at 6:45 p.m. Access to the parking lot closes at that time.
The district does not require tickets for commencement. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no assigned seating.
Parking at the stadium will be limited to families of seniors. Each gradating senior will receive one parking pass with their caps and gowns.
There is a shuttle from Edgeworth Elementary School. Shuttle No. 1 will depart from Edgeworth at 6 p.m. and 6:20 p.m.
Shuttle No. 2 will depart from Edgeworth at 6:10 p.m. and 6:25 p.m.
Return trips from the high school stadium lower lot to the elementary school will immediately begin after commencement ends.

Rain dates are scheduled for 7 p.m. June 2, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. June 3.
District officials will notify seniors and families of any ceremony cancellations and rescheduled dates using the phone alert system, text messaging and posting on the district’s website.
The concession stand will not be open for the event. More information is available via the high school section of qvsd.org.
