Beth Samuel Jewish Center
Shabbat Morning Services are held every Saturday at 10 a.m. in person and on Zoom.

Coraopolis UMC
On Dec. 3, Coraopolis United Methodist Church will hold its 10th annual cookie sale from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the VFW Post 402 in Coraopolis. There will be children’s activities, letters to Santa, free holiday family photos and a visit from Santa.

Fairmount Presbyterian Church
Sunday School is offered at 9 a.m. on Sundays. Worship service takes place on Sundays at 10 a.m. Wednesday prayer is offered at 6:30 p.m.

Grace Anglican Church
Morning prayer is offered Monday through Friday at 7 a.m. This is a short service of scripture and prayer. All are welcome. Clergy are available on Tuesdays from 7:30-11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 a.m. to hear confession and offer spiritual direction.

Sewickley Presbyterian Church
Sunday services are at 8 a.m. (traditional with communion each week), 9 a.m. contemporary and 11 a.m. traditional. Christian education hour is at 10 a.m.
Club 345, an after-school club for kids in grades 3, 4, and 5, is held every Wednesday from 3:45 – 5:15 p.m. at the Faith House. Kids play games, eat a snack, and take part in a fun mission project. All kids are welcome to attend.

Sewickley United Methodist Church
Sewickley United Methodist Church has two services each Sunday — 9 a.m. contemporary, featuring praise band Leap of Faith, and 11 a.m. traditional. Nursery care and children’s ministries are available during both services. The church is a Reconciling Congregation and openly welcomes all people.

St. James Church
The Divine Redeemer 55 Plus Club meets the third Thursday of every month, September through May 2023, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Meetings begin with a Memorial Mass said by Father Dave in the Church followed by lunch and entertainment.
Cost of lunch will be $12 for members and $13 per guest. Dues of $14 are payable now, membership forms will be on the back table in the Gathering Space. If you are not joining, please let us know why, i.e., time conflicts, meal type, cost of meal, etc.

St. Matthews AME Zion Church
Sunday School is held each week at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday services at 10:30 a.m., led by pastor William B. Rankin. All are welcome.
St. Matthews will hold its Soup for the Soul during Light Up Night, 5-9 p.m. Dec. 2.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church
A soup and sandwich dinner will take place during Light Up Night, 4-7 p.m. Dec. 2.
The church will hold Advent worship at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday during Advent, beginning Nov. 30.
Christmas Eve worship will be in the sanctuary at 5 and 9 p.m., with carols, candles and communion. There will also be two informal outdoor services by firelight in the courtyard, at 6:30 and 8 p.m. These services feature the telling of the Christmas story and several carols.
The church holds in-person and live-streamed worship at 10 a.m. Sundays. Sunday school for all ages is at 9 a.m.
Bible study is 10 a.m. Tuesdays at the Edgeworth Eat’n Park.

St. Stephen’s Anglican Church
Once again, St. Stephen’s will be participating in Sewickley’s Light Up Night on Dec. 2. Drop in at the Henning House from 5-9 p.m. for hot cocoa while enjoying all of the festivities of this special annual community event.
All are invited 6:30-8 p.m. Dec. 14 for an exciting evening where a portion of the church campus will transform into a festive and merry indoor carnival, Enjoy each station, including a hot cocoa bar, popcorn bar, Christmas cookie decorating, Christmas crafting, games and story time. This a free community event for all ages.
