Harassment, assault charges among those handled recently by district judges in Brentwood, South Park

District court judges in Brentwood and South Park handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Ralph Kaiser, Brentwood
• Dajaun Austin, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal mischief, unauthorized use of an automobile and harassment. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Dec. 15.
• Julian Lamar Marshal, 29, of Brentwood on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Dec. 21.
Judge Michael Thatcher, South Park
• Arianna Nicole Williams, 46, of Clairton on charges of operating a vehicle without official certificate, prohibition on expenditures for emissions inspection, violations of use of certificate of inspection and two counts of having forged, altered or counterfeit documents. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Dec. 15.
• Jorge E. Lamarche, 61, of Fort Lee, New Jersey on charges of access device fraud and false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Dec. 15.
• Travis Coles, 26, of South Park on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, making a false report to law enforcement and harassment. Charges were filed by South Park police on Dec. 16.
• Rose Manfredi, of Clairton on charges of obstructing the administration of law and hindering the apprehension or prosecution of another person. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Dec. 16.
• Brittany Nicole Bailey, 27, of McKeesport on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Dec. 17.
