‘Most wanted’ man in Allegheny County arrested after window tint violation

A man listed on the Allegheny County Sheriff’s “most wanted” list has been arrested after police say they pulled him over for a traffic violation.

On April 19, Jefferson Hills Police pulled over Cyon Taylor, 30, on Route 51 for a window tint violation. Taylor allegedly provided a false ID to police.

Police said they then found heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and over $2,000 in Taylor’s car.

Taylor had two outstanding warrants for attempted homicide and aggravated assault charges, according to police.

Taylor has previously faced charges for criminal trespass, escape, flight to avoid arrest, theft and possession of drugs with intent to deliver.

He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

According to court documents, he has preliminary hearings scheduled for May 3 and May 4.
