A Frazer man is dead after a car accident Saturday night in Fawn.

Scott Bajack, 27, was pronounced dead on the scene in the 1300 block of Millerstown Road, according to a report from the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office. The incident occurred shortly after 9:15 p.m., the report said.

State police said Bajack was traveling eastbound in a Chevy Silverado, approaching a left curve, when he failed to negotiate the curve and entered the right shoulder.

A collision occurred as the vehicle struck boulders that were located beyond the shoulder, police said.

The vehicle went down an embankment and rolled over, ejecting Bajack.

Police said witnesses reported that the vehicle appeared to be speeding.

Multiple emergency agencies responded to the scene, including Pennsylvania State Police, Fawn #1 Volunteer Fire Department, Harrison police, Eureka EMS and West Deer Volunteer Fire Department #1.
