Arnold native, retired officer brings books, hope home to New Kensington

Lillie Leonardi, a former Arnold police officer and retired community outreach specialist for the FBI, is a published author who founded Passages & Prose, a literary services company, and the nonprofit Books Bridge Hope. She is moving both ventures into a storefront on Fifth Avenue in downtown New Kensington.
