Arnold Oktoberfest continuing in memory of late fire Chief Keith Dziobak

Tara Dziobak and her father, Keith, attend the first Oktoberfest in 2021 in Arnold. Keith Dziobak, who was chief of the Arnold No. 2 fire company, died in March. His daughter is organizing this year’s Oktoberfest as a memorial to her father.
