Kiley Shuman (left) and Chloe Chiovitti opened Pure Rose Beauty & Art Studio in June 2022 at 938 Fifth Ave. in New Kensington. The couple from Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood were looking for a storefront to combine their talents into a new business when a horror film event brought them to New Kensington in February.
