Dumpster rental business looking to build new home in Arnold

Joe Cene, owner of Triple P Disposal, is buying five lots in the 1300 block of Fourth Avenue from Arnold’s redevelopment authority to locate his dumpster rental business. The lots are vacant except for 1339 Fourth Ave. (at left), which is among 10 dilapidated buildings now being torn down.
