Efforts underway to help free deer in Fox Chapel area from plastic bucket stuck around its neck

This deer with a plastic bucket stuck on its head has been spotted for weeks by locals in the Fox Chapel area. Residents are working with the Pennsylvania Game Commission to try to locate the deer and have a game warden remove the bucket.
