Harrison nurse Heather Pressdee linked to 15 additional nursing home deaths

Heather Pressdee was charged Thursday in connection with the deaths of 17 patients at five nursing homes in a 32-page court document filed by the state Attorney General’s Office.

Heather Pressdee is accused of injecting an 89-year-old woman who was not diabetic with insulin at the Concordia at Rebecca Residence in West Deer, leading to the woman’s death.

Heather Pressdee is accused of improperly injecting four patients with insulin at Belair Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lower Burrell, leading to the deaths of the patients. A fifth patient Pressdee is accused of injecting survived.
