Police say a traffic stop Monday along River Road in Kiski Township turned up drugs and other items in an Apollo man’s car.

Kiski Township Police say they found a switchblade, methamphetamine, crack cocaine and assorted drug paraphernalia in a vehicle driven by Korry Reese, 35, of Apollo.

He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon.

Police also charged him Monday with a prior incident involving fleeing and eluding police.

Reese led Kiski Township police on a car chase on June 7, according to police.

On Monday, Reese was in the Armstrong County Jail awaiting his preliminary hearing before District Judge James Andring on July 21.

Reese’s bond is set at $2,500 for the car chase charges and $5,000 for the drug and other related charges.
