New Kensington schedules public hearing on motorcycle club’s use of building

The Vultures Motorcycle Club has signed a one-year lease with Olde Towne Overhaul to use a building on Sixth Street at Sixth Avenue as its clubhouse. The club has put up signs, and its members have been cleaning up the area, but the city’s planning commission found its use of the building is not allowed in the R1, low-density residentially zoned area.
